The training took place in ASTRON, at the headquarters in Dwingeloo in July 2022, from 04-07-2022 until 07-07-2022, the staff visit was arranged to cover two main topics. The presentations and discussions on hardware, with specific regards of the UNIBOARD technology used for LOFAR, and the introduction of the radio interferometry application for astronomy.
The visit was structured in 4 days of 8 hours each.
Summary
We have completed the project Task 2.5 with a dedicated visit with training and discussions on collaborations between ASTRON and TUS.
